  • Unfortunately, there is one step to get into our shop, however we do now have a portable ramp that we can easily + quickly bring out to help with the barrier of the step. Within the shop, there is enough room for a wheelchair or scooter turning radius. There are various other barriers within the shop (counter heights, shelf heights, fridge + freezer doors) but we are happy to assist any way we can to make your shopping experience positive. Please call us or email us with any other specific questions.

  • Yes! There is a row of parking available to patrons of our building immediately to the north of the building (it’s the row that faces east, looking towards Little Sister Coffee). The street in front of the shop is also free parking expect for between 3:30 to 5:30.

  • Please review our order policies prior to placing orders.

  • Our intention is to ensure that at all times, Black Market Provisions has something for everyone to enjoy, and vegan & vegetarian options will always be plentiful. Please note, as we do carry products that have meat & dairy products, cross contamination is always a possibility. If you have specific allergy requirements, best to talk to one of our staff.

  • We will always have gluten friendly options available, however we do make products that contain gluten, and cross contamination is always possible. Allergies are very personal, so we will leave the decision about allergen risk up to you.

  • We do not use nuts in any of our in-house made food products, however there are some pantry provisions on our shelves that do contain nuts and baked goods in our sweets case that are made in facilities that process nuts.

    For our in-house made food, while we do ensure that there are no nuts listed in ingredients lists, we DO NOT check for “may contain nuts”, so cross contamination from those types of ingredients is possible. We will never call ourselves “nut free” but we would consider ourselves friendly to those with lower concern levels. Allergies are very personal, so we will leave the decision about allergen risk up to you.

  • As our offerings change regularly, it is not possible for us to list each ingredient on each product, however the ingredients for every item we will sell are recorded in detail and are available upon request. Just ask any of our staff or call the shop and ask for details.

    You can purchase them online here if you’re in a hurry, but if you want a prettier old school paper version you can get them in any denomination in the shop!

  • All fresh/frozen food or baked goods are final sale, however we want you you to be satisfied with all your purchases at Black Market Provisions. If you have a concern or issue with one of your fresh food products, please chat with one of our staff and they will assist you happily.

    For pantry provisions or gift items, we will accept returns for store credit or product exchange within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. Products must be unopened/in their original packaging + condition and be accompanied by your receipt.
